SQ investigates suspicious death of woman in Ste-Julienne

Investigation underway

The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) is investigating the suspicious death of a woman in Ste-Julienne, Lanaudière.

According to the SQ, the body of the woman, whose identity has not yet been released, was found inside a residence on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.

The SQ’s major crimes unit has taken over the investigation and is working to determine the circumstances surrounding the woman’s death.

The SQ is asking anyone who may have information about this incident to contact the nearest police station or call 911.
