Orlando Magic First Round Playoff Schedule Announced

Magic Set Up for Success in 2024 Playoffs and Beyond

Orlando, FL - The Orlando Magic have announced their first-round playoff schedule for the 2024 NBA Playoffs, as they prepare to compete for the Larry O'Brien Trophy once again.

The Magic will open their playoff series on the road against the Cleveland Cavaliers on April 20th, with Game 2 taking place in Cleveland on April 22nd. The series will then shift to Orlando for Games 3 and 4 on April 25th and 27th, respectively.

If necessary, Game 5 will be played in Cleveland on April 29th, Game 6 will be played in Orlando on May 1st, and Game 7 (if necessary) will be played in Cleveland on May 3rd.

The Magic are coming off a successful regular season, finishing with a record of 45-37. They are led by All-Star forward Paolo Banchero, who is averaging 21.5 points and 9.5 rebounds per game this season.

The Cavaliers, meanwhile, finished the regular season with a record of 47-35. They are led by All-Star guard Darius Garland, who is averaging 22.4 points and 8.2 assists per game this season.

The Magic are confident that they can make a deep playoff run this year, and they are excited to get started on April 20th.

"We're ready for the playoffs," said Banchero. "We've worked hard all season, and we're confident that we can make a deep run."

The Magic are hoping to make their first NBA Finals appearance since 2009, when they lost to the Los Angeles Lakers in five games.
